XG Firewall SSL VPN Stop Working when taking RDP Session

Hey Everyone,

 

I have setup SSL VPN about a year ago it was working perfectly fine but from last few days when i'm taking RDP session from Client, VPN stop working and after few minuted VPN pinging back, is there any resolution for this?

    Thank you for reaching out to the Community! 

    Could you please provide a screenshot of the SSL VPN configuration and VPN rules. 

    Did you see any traffic being dropped from SSL Remote user on the firewall? I would advise you to run a packet capture to confirm.
