Second Gateway shows RED dot (Off-line)

Hi

 

I have a second Gateway on Port3 of my XG210. It is in a different subnet compared to my first gateway and set to active.

 

I can ping my second gateway from Port2 (first gateway) but not from Port3 where it is connected to.

I can ping my second gateway from a laptop directly connected to the ISP router with the exact same IP address setup on the laptop.

 

Any ideas?

    Thank you for reaching out to the Community! 

    Could you please share the settings for Gateway failover in the WAN Link Manager? It could also be an issue related to the IP gateway is configured to ping.

    Thank you for the response.

     

    Failover is set to 8.8.8.8 but I use both gateway's as active gateways. The Gateway IP can be pinged from the internet and if I connect my laptop to it. Could it be a NAT issue and if so, what should it be? I've set both gateways to MASQ.
