Dynamic DNS - DNS-O-Matic not working

Hi,

 

I am trying to setup dynamic dns on my XG v18MR1 using DNS-O-Matic, but it keeps failing with error noconnect. I have deleted and recreated it to verify that I am using the correct user details.

Any ideas?
