routing 3 subnets over single ip address over vpn

I need help, I am trying to route 3 subnets to 3 public ip /30 over vpn tunnel I am allowed to use single local ip. What type of nat I should use to nat my 3 subnets to single local ip ? Do I need to create fake network interface to route 3 public ips over vpn ?

I am only allowed single private ip for my local site so I need to nat my local subnets to one ip and route evrything over vpn tunnel.
