routing 3 subnets over single ip address over vpn

I need help, I am trying to route 3 subnets to 3 public ip /30 over vpn tunnel I am allowed to use single local ip. What type of nat I should  use to nat my 3 subnets to single local ip ? Do I need to create fake network interface to route 3 public ips over vpn ?

    What is the firmware version on your firewall? 

    Are you trying to configure site to site IPsec VPN for three local subnet over specific WAN IP address? or do you want to route traffic from three local subnets to public IPs via IPsec?
