XG230-V17.5.12 - 550 Upstream -Relay not permitted (in reply to RCPT TO command)

Hello community,

i have a Problem with E-Mail Protection. Different incomming E-Mails where rejected with Failure-Code

said: 550 Upstream -Relay not permitted (in reply to RCPT TO command)

log:

[6972] H=mout.kundenserver.de [212.227.17.10]:51061 I=[89.43.127.118]:25 X=TLSv1.2:ECDHE-RSA-AES256-GCM-SHA384:256 CV=no SNI="holzheim.unsinn.de" F=<info@prietzel.com> rejected RCPT <reklamation@unsinn.de>: Upstream Relay not permitted

 
The e-mail policies is set  that E-Mails are not rejected and put on quarantine.
Domain and Host are stored on the Policies and the Relay Settings.
 
If the Sender sends the E-Mail again it will be sent to the User-Mailbox.

    Thank you for reaching out to the community!

    To investigate your issue further, we need to check smtpd_main logs in debugging.

    Follow this KB Article to get SSH access: Sophos XG Firewall: How to SSH to the firewall using PuTTY utility

    • Type 5 and then 3 to access the Advanced shell.
    • Run this command to put smtpd service in debug: service smtpd:debug -d -s nosync
    • Replicate the issue and collect smtpd_main.logs by running: tail -f smtpd_main.log

    Note: Run the same command to remove debug. 

    Provide these logs via PM or post it on this thread.
