Can't get devices to obtain IP address

I recently migrated to the XG85, and for each of my devices, I added them to the reserved DHCP list so that they kept their old IP addresses.

I have a bunch of POE Foscam cameras that are not showing up on my network now... not with the reserved IP nor one in the DHCP range.

Does any one know what I can do?
