I've got Sophos support stumped. May have found a bug?

I'm trying to route traffic from a vlan 11 IE port1.11 to a server on port 1 using an WAN static ip address. We have tried firewall rules, nat rules, and no luck. It appears any vm I have setup on any vlan under port 1 cannot access this particular server hosted on port1. Instead the firewall itself tries to deliver it's user portal landing page. If I disable the user portal page for LAN, the router doesn't deliver the traffic either way to the proper server. Other computers on port1 vlan 1 can access the server just fine as the server + pc's are on vlan1 and that works just fine. It's anything on port1.XXX doesn't.

I have another vmware server physically plugged into another port on the XG utilizing port5, and that routes traffic perfectly fine to the end result we want!

Any ideas anyone!? I'm stumped! So is Sophos tech support!
