Why does XG treat iPhone and iPads differently.

Question

Hi folks, 
 scenario, one iPad and two iPhones all running the same version of software v13.5.1 and using the same firewall rules. One iPhone and the iAd have the same CAs installed. All have been restarted many times. All 3 devices are running interceptX which cannot be configured, I have had discussion with the interceptX support. 
 When I click on a link in mail message on the iPad the web page opens correctly, when I click on the same link on the iPhones the message only partially loads. I have tried refreshing the page without success. 
 Why do I think the XG is involved because when connected directly to the internet the pages load correctly. 
 Your thoughts and places to look?

The only difference is the iPad has mail scanning and the iPhones don't. 
 Found it, the missing information from the iPhone display is IPv6 based. Added the iPhones to the IPv6 rule and all is good.
