Allow outlook.office.com

Hello Group,

 

I am having an issue getting outlook.office.com to work on a group of PC's connected to my network that are otherwise blocked from all Internet traffic.

I have tried importing the exceptions list and attempted to setup the policy, etc, but it is still blocked and i am still receiving the standard blocked message on the web browser.

STOP!  this website is blocked.

The administrator......blah, blah......categorized as information Technology.

 

 

Help would be greatly appreciated.  A simple step by step would be wonderful.

    Hello,
    seems, you don't allow this category.
    Check within "rules and policies" and "web/poicies" which policy is used.
    Within this web-policy you define the allowed/denied categorys.
    The "log-viewer" with focus to Firewall shows the firewall-rule used for your request and with focus to "web filter" the web-policy-ID.

    Thank you for contacting the Sophos Community.

    Since it is being blocked by the Information Technology category, I would suggest you remove this category from the Web Filter or change the category for outlook.office.com however this might be a bit more tedious as you might need to whitelist many URLs.
