Radius Test Fail

Hi,

I've a problem in test Radius from the XG to the Active Directory Server with Radius Configuration.

I'd already follow the https://community.sophos.com/kb/en-us/132912 kb but when i test i get errror " Test connection failed due to incorrect credential"

 

 

Any ideas ?  what i can look for ?

    No, windows firewall is down for all network. Also i can look in event viewer a record with error :

    there is not really much info about that. what username did you tried?
    domain\username or just username ?

     

    maybe need to also check XG Firewall Rule for Radius Auth.

    I'd tried domain\user and user , but with the same problem
