Inbound mail for specific domains is failing

Hi. I am on SFOS 18.0.1 MR-1-Build396.

I have two policies for inbound mails, one of them is failing with

550 5.7.54 SMTP; Unable to relay recipient in non-accepted domain (in reply to RCPT TO command)
 
The other rule workes perfectly (!). This happed without any policy changes and out of nowhere - and I am completely lost.
 
What can I do do make the failing inbound rule work again? Every Mail gets bounced with the error message above.
