Nat Polycom.

Hi everyone.

I have problem with DNAT.

I use Polycom group 310 and sophos XG86 and not use internet.

I want nat polycom behind sophos. I use Rule DNAT and services port of polycom UPD/TCP:1720-1721,3230-33410, 5060,5061.

I can connect two polycom but polycom don't have audio and video.

Please help me.

Hello Trương,

I would recommend you to open a ticket with support as a live session would be faster to resolve this issue.

I think maybe some of the packets might not be routed to the XG but we need to do some packet captures to find the culprit of your issue.
