Unable to manage XG firewall via Central

Hello Everyone,

 

I am looking for a resolution for an issue I am having for the past couple of days.

 

Whenever I am trying to access the client's XG FWs via central account. The page either is blank or the following error message

 

The page isn’t redirecting properly

An error occurred during a connection to fw-sso.1902.fw.prod.hydra.sophos.com.

    This problem can sometimes be caused by disabling or refusing to accept cookies.

 

Am I missing any configuration that is required? Followed up with support and I was advised to check cert (Which is default appliance cert) and FW time (Synced as per the local zone).

 

Will appreciate any advise

  • I tried deleting the FW. So that I have done it right

     

    • Remove FW from Central, this deregistered the firewall
    • Registered again

     

    First time I was able to access the firewall without the issue. However, when I switched to another FW in the same account, the page kept reloading showing login page for the firewall.

    However, I tried three times before I was able to access both firewalls in the account. Haven't tested this morning yet, this was my last night's findings

     

    Edit (10:00 AM AEST): IS Sophos central the recommended platform for managing FWs?

    I can access the FW but now I am trying to switch between firewalls, the page keeps directing me to the Firewall I first accessed even the S/N is different in the address bar.

     

    Edit (12:30 PM AEST): Now I am getting login page in a loop. Page refreshing itself retried few times no luck
