SSL VPN stops working for one user after a few seconds

I have a problem with a users SSL-VPN. It works for everyone else, and if I install his client on my PC, it also works.
He have been able to connect and use it before, but suddenly it stopped working. What happens is that when he connects it first works for some seconds. All traffic is routed through VPN, and he gets the firewalls IP. Then after a couple of seconds he is not able to connect to use most of the programs that want to connect to Internet. He is not able to browse, and he is not able to use Teams etc. But, Teamviewer actually works! So I can remote control his PC. From there I have seen that it is not possible to ping IPs on Internet either, so it is not a DNS problem. I have tried to uninstall the client, remove the folder in Program Files,  restart and reinstall. Delete the TAP-Interface. Reinstall the TAP-Interface with:

"C:\Program Files (x86)\Sophos\Sophos SSL VPN Client\bin\tapinstall.exe" install "C:\Program Files (x86)\Sophos\Sophos SSL VPN Client\driver\tap0901.inf" tap0901

But it is always the same. He do not use any third party Antivirus or firewall, just Microsoft.
What should I check next?
