    Hi

Thank you for reaching out to the Community!

Did you modify or delete the default SMTP and SMTPS rule that is created by default for MTA mode?

If yes, try to switch to the Legacy mode and then switch back to MTA. This will auto-create the default rule.

    Thanks,

  • Hi,

Actually I already did switching to legacy back to MTA.  Still, all my emails from Zimbra are stuck in mail spool but sometimes

it sends but it takes a couple minutes or hours. sometimes it also sends if I manually click the mail-in spool and click retry.

    Thanks,

    Red

    Hi

    Thank you for the update.

Could you please provide smtpd_main logs in debugging?

Run the following command to put the smtpd service in debug from the advanced shell: service smtpd:debug -d -s nosync

Rune the same command to remove the smtpd service from debugging.

    Thanks,

  • Hi Patel,

    Sorry for the late reply.

It seems everything works fine aside from sending email to yahoo.com. I've checked if my IP is blocked but it's not.

Still my email got stuck in mail spool. Then with regards to debugging will there be an impact if I run the command?

    Thanks,

    Red
