RED Disconnections

Hello Everyone

We have a RED device in one of our clients and after a power failure this device went offline. The Red device is behind a firewall and every time we try to connect it to the internet the lights indicators is this one. The firewall administrator told us that the firewall is not blocking anything( Do i need to ask him to open any ports like TCP3400 and UDP3410)

"The gateway is reachable but the internet cannot be reached".

    Thank you for reaching out to the Community! 

    Those RED ports should be open to allow traffic from the RED device to the provisioning server and the firewall. 

    Based on the LED status indicator, could you please check logs on your upstream firewall? Is it dropping traffic from the RED?
