Turn off internet at a certain time in sophos xg (125) firewall

Sir/Madam,

I have XG125 (SFOS 17.5.12 MR-12). I have to make schedule internet off for certain time, e.g. my firewall is running 24/7, within 24 hrs i have to switch off internet between 00.30am to 5.30am(IST). How can i do this?

Hi PMStuart,

I don't think that is what he was asking about? What he wants to do is disable the WAN link for a certain duration starting from time A and finishing at time b, is my reading of his request.

Hi,

I think it might be possible with a cron job, but that is past my expertise level.

You might check the KBA on CLI commands.
