Default Web Exceptions to allow XBox Live and PS4 Network connections

As with Microsoft Office 365, are there a specific set of Web Exceptions that can be imported into the Sophos XG to allow XBox and Playstation devices access to their required networks?

At present i have had to assign teh devices static IP addresses in DHCP and create a firewall rule for all the devices and the "Allow All" web policy

    Thank you for contacting Sophos Community! 

    There are no predefined exceptions for Xbox Live and PS4. Is there any specific reason for applying a web filter policy on the traffic from Xbox Live and PS4?

    End users are unable to update Xbox devices and PS4 devices. Also unable to play online games

    I have had to assign the devices static IP addresses and create a firewall rule to "Allow All" traffic in order to get them up and running.

    Hi,

    if you review the log viewer for each device you will see which ports and URLs are being accessed. Then you can create web exceptions and IP address lists or FQDN lists for your rules?

    I expect the exceptions will need things like exclude policy check and https scanning ticked.
