Outlook without captive portal

I'm using outlook desktop client behind SOPHOS XG. 

I want to allow connect outlook without captive portal.

    Hi,

    are you a home or business user?

    Why do you think you need the captive portal?

    Have you enabled the MS applications in the web exceptions page?

    What rule/s have you applied to allow access to outlook?

    Are you using an MS mail server or your ISP mail server?

    Hi,

    I'm business user, I'm using captive portal for monitoring users web activities.

    Users complain they should login captive portal for using outlook.

    I need a rule or exception that permit outbound and inbound to Outlook.

    I'm using Outlook 365 account.
