SSL-VPN + TSPlus remote desktop freezing up

Does anyone know if utilizing the SSL-VPN on a client outside the network and then utilizing windows remote desktop utility to connect to a TSPlus terminal server utilizing LAN ip would cause an issue where the session itself eventually slows down to the point that it locks up. You can move your mouse, click on anything inside the session and nothing responds, you can minimize the remote session and work locally on the pc as normal. You can terminate the session pressing the x, and then restart the RDP connection to the terminal server and it works fine again until you have to rinse and repeat.

Anyone ever heard of SSL-VPN possibly causing such an issue?

The specs on the server are way more than it needs and it's nearly brand new. Nothing on the server itself is maxed out in any form when this happens. Local users on the server can use it just fine moving around, opening programs, and other windows when this is happening to rdp users.

    Hi

Thank you for reaching out to the Community!

Could you please check if you have DoS protection configured to UDP? Please navigate to Intrusion prevention > DoS & spoof protection > DoS settings > UDP flood: is Apply flag selected?

    Thanks,
