Connection between Sophos Central and XG-Home edition connectivity problem

Hallo zusammen,

das setup zwischen Sophos Central und der XG home Edition hat funktioniert. bei der XG Home steht unter "zentral Synchronisierung " verwaltet und im Central unter der Firewall-Verwaltung " Verbunden". leider kann ich die XG Home nicht über die Sophos Central aufrufen. Das Fenster bleibt weiss und es kommt die Fehlermeldung 

"503 Service Temporarily Unavailable"

Weiterhin lässt sich über das Central auch der Installierte AP APX120 hinter der XG home nicht registrieren. 

Die Registrierung läuft in eine time-out.

    Thank you for reaching out to the Community! 

    I would advise you to restart the ssod service on the firewall form the Advanced Shell, follow this KBA: Sophos XG Firewall: How to SSH to the firewall using PuTTY utility

    Type 5 and then 3 to access the Advanced shell.

    Run the following command to restart the service: service ssod:restart -ds nosync

    Let us know if this resolves your issue. 

    Do you have a Central Wireless Protection license? If you would like to register your APX on Central Wireless, you need that license. 

    Bypass this domain from the XG firewall to register your APX to the Central Wireless: "wifi.central.Sophos.com"
