i have a Network here in Germany (single location) with XG 17.5 MR12 and several servers behind.
- All users have Microsoft Direct Access enabled and are located in Germany.
- All users have no problem with Network Speed.
- Some users have Sophos VPN Client and have no Problems.
One user is located in Phoenix / USA with a Thinkpad L490 (i5/8GB RAM).
He get a constant SMB File Access to our file server with about 355kb/s over Direct Access.
We changed the access to Sophos SSL VPN Client, but the speed is the same.
He has a cable access modem with about 60MB/s in download.
He switched location in Phoenix to a public hotspot.
He has always this poor performance.
In his home office, he has a high PING rate to our servers.
Minimum = 166ms, Maximum = 244ms, Mittelwert = 187ms
Downloads from web are no problem, a CentOS ISO Image can be download with about 10-15MB/s
Has anyone an idea what we can do about this?
