Problems accessing MailChimp

Good morning, community,
As I said in the subject, a curious mistake happens to me when I log in to https://mailchimp.com/ and I am desperate I don't know where to look and I intuit that it is a problem of the XG.

The problem is the following.

Overnight, there are times when trying to log in to https://mailchimp.com/ --> (https://us18.admin.mailchimp.com/login/post), I get the following error:

Other times, the least, he lets me in without a problem.

Two details to keep in mind is that I have a web rule enabled which does not prevent me from accessing Mailchimp at all and that by testing it I access another network on which the XG device is not correctly accessed.

Any help where to look is good

Do you have internal DNS servers configured on the firewall?

I would advise you to check the log viewer and identify if the firewall drops traffic to that website?

If you mean does my firewall act as a DNS, no.
In the section Configure- Network-DNS-DNS configuration, I have configured the Static DNS.

On the other hand in the Log Viewer I don't see anything strange.
