New User Question before purchase - connectivity with Mikrotik

Hi,

I'm planning to buy XG 310 or XG330 to our company and have one most important for me question:
on branch offices I have mikrotik routers, will I have any option to configure interface type VPN between Sophos (head office) and Mikrotiks ?
The best would be OpenVpn or GRE IPSEC? I do not want site to site IPSEC because I have many many networks on both sides.
