Issue with my Sophos XG Firewall

Hi to all Sophos Specialists,

I would like to ask help from this community. I have around 160 plus SSL users connected to our SOPHOS XG 310 firewall. But there are around 20 users cannot connect. I already checked everything, reinstalled the SSL VPN Client. I also tried to reset their passwords. Still they cannot connect. Can anyone here shed some light on what is going on. My theory, correct me if I am wrong the SOPHOS has already reached its limits in connecting the maximum number of users. Below is a screenshot.

Any help will be greatly appreciated.

Thanks

  • Hello Rodney Altamera

Kindly check IP lease range for SSL VPN from VPN > Show VPN settings > SSL VPN > IPv4 lease range

Check number of live users from current activities > Live users/Remote users

As per the screenshot there is auth-failure message.

In XG firewall, Go to Log Viewer and view logs for the "Authentication" while user is trying to login to know the reason for login failure.
