Hi,
I'm trying to set up a new install of iView and keep getting an activation error. I've updated the TZ symlink to reference my local timezone and then updated the clock using ntpclient -s -h 0.us.pool.ntp.org. Name resolution appears to work and XG has a policy to allow for unfiltered web access for iView.
I see the following in the licensing logs:

Any ideas as to what the issue might be? I saw the one workaround post for the missing CA cert for XG @ https://community.sophos.com/kb/en-us/132458. It didn't seem like it applied to iView. I'd appreciate any suggestions to try.
Thanks,
Kevin
