VPN with Radius for computer

Hello,

   I have a use case of no-BYOD policy also each user account can log on to certain computer only and they will be authenticated by computer credentials not user one. In such case , how can I handle VPN part?

   Should I create username/password pairs? ( it's a small network so doable ) If I do , how will radius authentication take place for computers?
