XG210 - 17.5.12 - Sometimes no connection to WAN possible

Good Morning,

since a few days we have the problem, that we can't surf the internet for a few seconds. 

 

DNS - is working 

VPN Site2Site - is working

RDP between three Sites is working

Websurfing in the HQ site is interrupted for few seconds ~30-60 after a Site refresh everything is working fine again.

Can't ping WAN sites like "google.com"

can Ping FW and Site2Site GW's.

 

Two days ago the AntiSpam service disconnected and stopped working with no reason, i started again and the service was working. 

 

May anyone experienced the same ?

    Thank you for reaching out to the Community!

    Do you have internal DNS servers configured on the firewall? 

    When this issue occurred, were you able to ping an external IP address such as 8.8.8.8? I would also advise you to take a packet capture on the firewall when this issue occurs and run tracert from the user's machine to google.com and 8.8.8.8 to identify where it stops and troubleshoot this issue further.

    Review web filter logs from the log viewer and identify if traffic to the internet is blocked for any specific reason and post screenshots.

    have the same problem since installed this update, Connection lost, one or two times everyday NO WAN CONNECTION, must recconect manually.

    PPPoE (DSL)/HTTPS, SSH, SSL VPN, User Portal.
