Default admin account SSL VPN access

I am trying to set up SSL VPN access for the default admin account just as I could in SG but it doesn't seem to recognize that the admin account is a user and I can't add it to the group with SSL VPN access. Trying to log into the user portal just gives out credentials invalid error, which is bogus because they are admin portal credentials.

Thank you for contacting the Sophos Community.

If you are trying to access the User Portal using the default admin user, it is not possible, this was designed only to access the Web GUI and the console.
