Problem ssh in vpn zone

From the screenshot, it looks like the firewall is dropping this SSH traffic because there is no firewall rule matching this traffic. 

If the source of the traffic is a VPN client and the server is in the LAN zone, create a VPN to LAN firewall rule.

Thanks for your answer, You're right I forget to include zone "VOIP" in rule, after include this zone the access works.
