Sophos Central - Firewall Management - Tasks Queue

Hello everyone.
We recently decided to start using Sophos Central management on our appliances. So, we created a group of firewalls and set up a policy with some default settings. However, when moving the firewalls to the created group, the synchronization is not completed.
See the prints below. There are synchronizations that exceed 5 hours and do not show any change.

How can I reset synchronization?

Can I get logs that show the error in synchronization?

Hi,

I do know that centralization with XG also involves licensing on some level due to issues I previously had. Thought I would chime in and recommend a support case because of this.

You could do two steps: remove the XG from the group, wait some seconds and add them back.

unfortunately I haven't been successful yet. We have all of our licensed applicance, and I had already tried the procedure @LuCar Toni, I also tried to create a new group, but it doesn’t advance the synchronization, it just remains pending.

I would advise you to Open a Support Case and PM me the case number for further investigation.
