Sophos Central Wireless Trial Expired - can't manage AP from local XG now

Sophos Central Wireless Trial Expired - can't manage AP from local XG now. How I can access my Sophos Central > Wireless to remove the AP from the Central to manage it locally ?.

After the expiration of the Wireless trial license there should be a way to still access Sophos Central > Wireless . No need to completly remove the access to the Wireless part of the Central , you can simply deactivate the management function and the SSID but allow me to remove the AP from the cloud.

You should simply connect customer care to extend your Central Trial for couple more days to have the option to delete the AP.

Hello,

Thanks for your answer. That what I have to do because otherwise my APX is not usable.

I would love if Sophos could change the way dealing with Central wireless management, to be easier and more comfortable than the existing painful way.

Hello Lucar Toni,

The licence expiration issue, the Wireless tab in Central management to still be accessed after the license expiration to allow me to remove the AP without the need to contact Sophos and get trial licences. They can simply deactivate the Wireless function but keeping the ability to reach the Wireless configuration.
