Sophos XG firewall blocking specific websites

Hi All

I have sophos 210 xg firewall and blocking specific websites i didn't apply any web policy or specific rule what is the reason ?

    Hi  

    What is the SFOS version running on your firewall? 

    Do you see a block page from the firewall when you access that website? If yes, provide the screenshot. 

    Have you noticed dropped traffic on the firewall when you try to access that specific website? 

    Post a screenshot of your firewall rule.

    SFOS version----17.5.11

    Just a message with "This site can't be reached message" when i try from another network it works

    Hi  

    Could you please try to create a new test firewall rule on top with the source network as your workstations IP address and do not check for an HTTP scan? 

    If that works, it is an HTTP scan that might be causing this issue.
