Server on the LAN not reachable

Hello,

 

I just deployed a Sophos XG 106W on my network.

 

While every other devices like laptops, phones and even network printer was able to connect, get IP address and able to communicate, my server on the LAN is not responding to ICMP request nor accessible but it is able to send ICMP request and got response to the gateway.

 

I configured a LAN port on the device with a static IP (192.168.8.1)

A cable is connected from that LAN port, dropped on a switch and the server is connected to one of the ports on the switch, yet still not accessible.

I bridge another port on the device with the LAN port then connected the server directly on the port bridged port and still the server is not accessible.

DHCP range is 192.168.8.2 - 192.168.8.150

Gateway/LAN port static IP 192.168.8.1

Server 192.168.8.120

 

Kindly help if you have solution to this.
