Upgrade from SFOS 17.5.12 MR-12 to version 18

Hi,

 

I'm trying to upgrade my SFOS to version 18. In My Sophos I can't download it because of compliance policy, and in my web UI in XG after check for latest firmware it says "No upgrades available"

 

Is there any other ways that I can upgrade?

    Hi,

    at this stage there is no upgrade from  mr-12 to v18. If you wait a week or maybe two there is a rumour the v18.0.1 MR-1b will be released. Why are you failing the compliance policy? How did you down load MR-12 without failing the same policy?

    Any recommendation upgrading to 17.5.12 or 18?

    As I read through the community there are many problems - for example config erase.

    Also can I upload a backup config from previous version and install it?

    So should be upgrade to 17.5.12 for now?

    When you do RMA and choose option "with latest version", device come with 17.5.12.

    Could you please give an advice?
