Upgrade from SFOS 17.5.12 MR-12 to version 18

Hi,

 

I'm trying to upgrade my SFOS to version 18. In My Sophos I can't download it because of compliance policy, and in my web UI in XG after check for latest firmware it says "No upgrades available"

 

Is there any other ways that I can upgrade?

    Hi,

    at this stage there is no upgrade from  mr-12 to v18. If you wait a week or maybe two there is a rumour the v18.0.1 MR-1b will be released. Why are you failing the compliance policy? How did you down load MR-12 without failing the same policy?

    Had the same issue with compliance policy, somehow with all my in the Netherlands situated customer accounts.

    Maybe after the 18 mr1b update the situation may chance.
