WebSockets support

Can anyone doing HTTPS inspection tell me if v18 works any better with WebSockets than v17 does? Things like Facebook Messenger, Slack, Discord, etc, I have to define a Web Exception for the domains they use to get them to work at all, otherwise they are just completely broken.

    Yes, It works!

    On v17.5 I've had to create a Web Exception for Twitch Chat and Discord because of WebSockets won't work with the Web Proxy, but on v18 It's working completely fine with the new SSL/TLS Inspection Engine while doing decryption, there's no need for exceptions for WebSocket anymore.
