Sophos Traffic Shaping

Hi All

I have sophos xg firewall and when i choose match known user it automatically chooses the traffic shaping policy and it blocks all sites how can i solve it

Are you trying to setup QoS based on users?

Do you have user authentication configured on the firewall? An identity-based firewall rule requires user authentication.

Could you please provide the screenshot of the block page?

Yes I was trying to configure QoS. I think a misconfigured it. here is the screenshot of the block page

Hi Ihenock

The Stop message says that the "Criminal Activity" category blocked by the administrator.

Please check the QoS and Web Policy applied to the user profile.
