Yellow mark for IPReputation service

Hi All,

We have yellow mark for service called IPReputation
We dont use any email related services.

Not seen before,
How to fix this service error.

Follow the steps below to view the status of services or subsystems.

Log in to the CLI using Telnet or SSH. You can also access the CLI from admin > Console in the upper right corner of the Admin Console screen.

Choose option 4. Device Console. Executing the following command.

console> system diagnostics show subsystem-info

Hi,

Got the same issue today.

Go to System Services->Servcies and try to restart Anti-spam/Anti-spam center connectivity. It helped in my case.

Looks like the device lost its connection meanwhile.
