Aktivierung nach Installation auf SG135

Hallo an alle,

ich habe eine alte SG135 Firewall auf welcher ich jetzt die XT Firewall installiert habe. Nun wollte ich diese gerne mit der kostenlosen Basislizenz aktivieren, was mir allerdings bisher nicht gelungen ist. Wenn ich versuche die Lizenzierung über die Seriennummer durchzuführen kommt das es sich um ein RMA Gerät handelt und da was migirert werden muss, was ich aber nicht habe. Dann habe ich versucht das UTM 9 Free Lizenzfile hochzuladen, hier kommt die Meldung das diese Lizenz nicht für die Aktivierung verwendet werden kann.

Welche Möglichkeit habe ich denn jetzt um das Gerät zu aktivieren? Vielen Dank schon mal für die Untersützung

SG to XG Migration is mainly for business customers.

You need to reimage the appliance with a Software ISO as this appliance will become a Software appliance.

thank you for your information,

but I read that after installing on SG hardware it is possible to get a free XG basic license. I would like to use this.

The home version is not interesting for me here, i will use the Firewall in my Office

You should have an SG "ACT" Key, which was delivered to you while purchasing the SG back in the days.

This ACT-Key activates a license in MyUTM. On this ACT-key you could activate a license with a UPG key. Most likely the license is now expired but this license is still valid for base.

Use this MyUTM License for migration.

If you do not have this ACT Key anymore, please take a look at your mailbox from initial purchase and/or contact your Partner.
