IP Redirect request

Hi guys,

I'm getting crazy with a simple problem.

I have 2 sophos XG connect by IPSec IkeV2.

FW1: subnet 10.0.90.0/24

FW2: subet 10.0.99.0/24

traffic trought 2 subnet going OK, but I would like to forward a local IP to VPN ip.

I need to create a fake ip (ex. 10.0.90.70) and every request to this IP have to be redirect to 10.0.99.25.

example: ping 10.0.90.70 request have to go to 10.0.99.25

I tried to do NAT rules, but doesn't work.

Is it a crazy request?
Thanks to everybody

  • What did you already do?

I would rather solve this issue with VTI or RED Tunnel as it is easier to deal with NAT.

VTI (V18 Route based VPN) and RED Site to Site will give you the possibility to create a NAT Rule on the Interface level, which is easier to create.
