XG Azure - restore backup/config to SW?

Hi Everyone,

Can someone tell me, is it possible to recover a backup taken on XG (Azure) onto a Software installation of XG? My Azure XG config was created by a consultant and I'd liek to recover that config to another VM so I can examine and understand the config on it. I've tried, but it just seems to wipe the config on the SW VM...

Unfortunately, the backup from XG Azure to Software XG or vice versa will not work, It is not supported yet as per your requirement.

So there's no way to copy the config from one to another?

As of now, there is no alternative to achieve your requirement, you may submit your idea/suggestion to ideas.sophos.com
