Cannot access internal servers from LAN network using external address?

I have a server on the LAN that needs to be accessible not just from the outside with a DNAT business rule (I have a business rule that translates "WAN->LAN Server" port 4000 to 443) as I already set and is already working. But it fails when I try accesing the server with the external address and FQDN from the LAN Network.  I also need that users from local network can access using the FQDN or external IP address (public IP). How can I achieve this in XG Firewall version 17.5?

  • Hi

Can you confirm in your existing DNAT rule below settings enabled?
=> Enable Create Reflexive Rule ": If it is not enabled then enable the same over DNAT rule, save the rule and try by access over external IP. If it doesn't work then on the same rule apply NAT with MASQ and save the rule again and confirm the status.
