WAN Rule Port Filtering

Hi, I have a WAN rule that allows any ports from LAN.

I wanted to only allow specific ports in our WAN like port 80, 443 etc. Now, everytime I add only these ports in the WAN rule we lose our internet connection. Are there any work around for this?

  • Hi,

please post a copy of your rule.

You will need a rule like this source LAN -> LAN network -> destination  Wan -> any -> allow http/s -> log

If you are using v17 then the MASQ rule is part of the firewall rule. If you are using v18. you might have a seperate default SNAT rule.
