Access the partner portal, I searched the firewall to update to version 18v (GA). I clicked to download the .iso, filled in my data, and received the following message:
"We’re sorry. Your request requires further validation before we can proceed."
It's been weeks since I wanted to download this version and I can't, sophos also won't contact you, as described in the newsletter. I must be doing something wrong.
Could anyone help?
