Updating firmware on managed firewalls

I am having issues where my SFM is not allowing me to install firmware updates on my managed firewall. This has never worked since I installed SFM a month ago and connected all of my devices. Other than the firmware updates, everything else is connected and working. Just when I go to the firmware section, nothing shows.

I have the content distribution port set to 6443 as 8443 was already in use at my perimeter. I have changed the port in all of the managed firewalls as well as the SFM options.

I have ensured that port 6443 is forwarded through my perimeter XG, and any internal firewalls in between the perimeter and the internal SFM.

I'm not sure what the issue is, does anyone have any ideas?

Thank you for the information but my sfm communication ip has not changed and all firewalls are connected and synced. I saw the security bulletin back in April and mitigated all firewalls manually at that time.

The issue I posted about has been an issue since I first set up sfm more than two months ago.
