you are the second person in a couple of days asking after this, have you ticked match know users in each of your rules?

Yes when i tick mach known user every one will be blocked at all

Are you using any authentication to allow access the Internet to the users?

When you enable "Match known user" they have to authenticate themselves with Sophos XG firewall to access the Internet and Sophos will display username.

so how do they authenticate themselves with the XG if you mean captive portal it's too difficult to sign in each corporate users
