Hallo,
wir würden gerne auf unserer Sophos XG externe Mails mit einem [external] Tag versehen.
Gibt es eine Möglichkeit dies einzustellen?
Grüße

Hi Oliver Arntjen
Do you mean adding kind of "Disclaimer", If yes then this option is able to be configured by navigating to Email > General Settings > "Outbound Banner Settings": (Hope your XG running in MTA mode)

Yes, its Running in MTA Mode.
If we receive an external Mail, we want it to be tagged as [external].
The Reason is, sometimes we are getting Spam Mails where People trying to fake like its coming from an Internal Address. So its really easy and clear to see which E-Mail is coming from External or Internal
Hi Oliver Arntjen
As of now email banner works with MTA - outbound email only.
Unfortunately Email banner with Inbound email is feature request at the moment.

Hello Oliver,
you can do this with Exchangeserver Rules, if you have that as an internal Mailserver. I have some customers of us doing exactly what you want.
