Increase L2TP (remote access) idle time

 Is there a way to increase the "Idle session time interval" when the "Disconnect when tunnel is idle" option is active in a L2TP policy? 
 
 By default it can only be between 120 and 999 seconds. I'd like to know if there is way to set a higher value.

 Thank you for reaching out to the Community! 
 Idle session timeout for L2TP VPN is configurable up to 999 seconds when you enable "Disconnect when the tunnel is idle" option. 
 As per the current options available, It is not possible to increase the Idle time interval beyond 999 seconds. 
 I'd advise you to create a feature request at ideas.sophos.com .
